Our Outreach efforts focus on the community, the youth, and our membership as we go into the world with His Word. Many in our congregation assist in a number of efforts to reach out in the community to share the Gospel, increase visibility, and carry out out our church mission of stewardship. These efforts include Easter and Christmas outreach, Vacation Bible School and Sunday School kickoff promotions, where brochures are distributed to homes in the community. In addition, contacts are made to new homeowners in Hastings each month. In July, we participate in the Hastings' Rivertown Days parade with a float. Our services are also published in the Star Gazette and church activities are available on our website.
The outreach committee usually meets once a month and is always searching for new ways to reach out into the community and spread the Word of God.
